During the official visit of the Iranian President, Dr. Hassan Rouhani, to Turkey on 15 th April 2016, at least 8 MOUs were signed between the Iranian and Turkish partners.
Signing MOU on academic and scientific cooperation between Prof. Dr. Mohammad Farhadi, Minister of Science, Research and Technology of the I. R. of Iran and Dr. Yekta Sarac, President of Higher Education Council of the Republic of Turkey, was one of the mentioned MOUs signed in the presence of the Presidents of two countries.
